Gift card not working

I just bought a gift card with one year subscription. PayPal shows the payment went through but Spotify website says it did not. The recipient has not recieved a gift card with a valid code.

How do I either get my money back or, which is what I want, get Spotify to send the gift card with a valid code?

Did you purchase that gift card at a store or online?

If it was done online, you should have received a confirmation sent to your email as well. Did you get it?
