Gift card redeemed but my subscribtion status has not changed

Hi, I bought a gift card for 1 month Premium and I could use the code succesful. But even though it seemed to work, my account hasnt changed to Premium yet and I received no receipt. My support case is [case number removed] and this is my only account. Also for some reason every Premium feature is disabled exept the offline mode on my Android phone, which tells me I have to go online in 28 days.
