Gift card used in wrong account

Hi, I bought a gift card for a 6 month Premium subscription and introduced to code by mistake in the wrong account. 

Is there a way in can transfer this suscription to another account? Or cancel my subscription and reintroduce the code into another account? 


Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.
