Hi,

I have a gift card buyed in Spain(El Corte Ingles) but now I'm living in Italy and the code number doesen't work in order to activate Premium. What's the problem?

Hello @astospass93! Unfortunately gift cards are locked to the region that they were purchased in, meaning to use that card you would need to be in Spain. So I can't use it in any country except Spain?

It is possible that a person who travel in different country for a period more than 14 days lose the premium?

@astospass93 Correct, you will need to be in Spain to redeem that gift card.

If you are a premium subscriber, you can use Spotify in a foreign country for as long as you have a premium account. This can be ten, twenty, or a thousand days (however long your stay enrolled). If your premium expires while you are abroad, you will then have 14 days before your account locks and you're required to switch over to that country.
