Gift e-card not sent to recipient but payment taken.

During my payment screen I got a 502 bad gateway, refreshed the page and it said it had gone through, I have also had a payment reciept from PayPal and an email from Spotify confirming my purchase and giving me the link to redeem my code (which obviously I don't want to do as I was buying for someone else) but no actual code for me to redeem.. Any help much appreciated. I would go through the onlinecontact form but there are no relevant categories to place my querie under..

You could just send that link to the person if it is urgent, anyone who uses the link then logs into their account should be able to redeem it. 

 

Otherwise, if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form (just pick the closest category, it doesn't really matter which you choose) they might be able to resend the emails for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
