Hi there!

I got a giftcard as a gift. But i can't use it. It says that i can't use a giftcard on my existing premium account!?

How to fix this issue?

Gift cards can only be used on Premium Individual subscriptions.

If you’re having trouble signing up to an introductory offer, remember that you won’t be eligible if you’ve already had or tried Premium in the past (unless stated otherwise).
