I cancelled my subscription over two months ago and just now when I checked my e-mail I saw a message from spotify that my payment failed. Really? IT SHOULD HAVE BECAUSE I CANCELLED YOU!!! When I opened the email I saw two more payments (November two payments and October one payment, all for family plan!!!) were taken from my debit card. I NEVER WAS ABLE TO USE IT AND NO ONE HELPED SO I CANCELLED!!!! AND I NEVER EVEN LISTENED YO THE FREE SPOTIFY AFTER I CANCELLED!! I WANT MY darn MONEY BACK!!! IM SO FREAKIN MAD RIGHT NOW!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YA JERKS!!! And to think I was just talking good about spotify at work.
