Giving Premium as a Gift?

Hi,

I want to give some of my family members a year premium subscription for their birthdays but not sure how. I'm in Canada so the family plan and gift cards aren't options. Also, I don't know their account creditentials so I can't go in and add my credit card manually to their account. Any suggestions?
