Hello

Yesterday my premium subscription fell down arguing that my paymen't wasn't accepted (even though i'm using the same credit card as always)

Today i've submitted again and my premium account is back but i have two issues:

  • It seems to be charging me new full price (when i was told to have a 6 month frozen price from having spotify for several time)
  • My Family plan disapeared, all users configurated are lost and probably if i add them again you will charge me full price (when i was told to have a 6 month frozen price)

Please i need my old configuration back, i had nothing to do with stop payment (including today the same credit card registered was the one used to submit again)
