Going to a Family account from my personal account

Going to a Family account from my personal account

I changed over to be on my families account. When I go online it says that I have the Family account but when I am on my desktop app and my phone app it says I'm on the free account. I have logged out and back in again, and I have deleted the app and re-installed it, but it is doing the same thing. What do I do?

Please double check if you have a second account.

 

When you click here, does it show as Premium for Family or Free?

 

Does the email matches the one in which you received the invitation to join the Family Plan?

When I clicked on the link it said I was on the family plan but the email address was mine, not the one who sent me the invitation.

Yes, that's correct!

 

Each family member has their own user info on that page.
