My Question or Issue

I received an email saying my Google Home Mini is Ready and I followed the link and tried checking out. The code was not applied. I gave another try after a day and still didn't work.

 

I messaged Google Support and they told me that the code that Spotify sent me has a glitch and I should contact Spotify for a new link.

 

I was wondering if I can get a new link sent.

Thanks for reaching out on the Spotify Community. 

In this case, As Google Support have refered you to Spotify, I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. You can find some more info here on how to do this. I hope this helps!

I have the same issue. I was sent the email saying I could now apply for mine and I w by through by the promo wasn’t added as it said it would be added automatically and now I was charged $89 so I have cancelled the order with the hopes they return my money. How do I get this to work? The white ones are now sold out and the other says it’s available soon?
