Google Home Mini Link Gone

I redeemed the Google Home Mini promotion and subitted my order through the Google Store. I accidently made a typo with my shipping address, it said I could change the address but when I went to edit the order it cancelled it.

Went back into Spotify to try and start again from scratch but the link for the Free Google Home Mini is gone. Ultimately, this is all my fault and just want this small mistake to be fixed.

 

Google Support told me that I should request a new code from Spotfiy. After contacting Spotify Support I received a Copy Paste response from them that didn't in any way even acknowledge my problem. It just told me to "Subscribe to a premium service to get the Promotion"...... thanks.....

They have now removed the Support Contact link from their page and are not being very helpful.

I wanted to post this here hoping that an actual REAL HUMAN Customer Service Rep would see it and help me get this sorted out!

Follow these steps below to get in touch with an attendant:

  1. Go to the Customer Support
  2. Select the option "Subscription"
  3. Now, select "Trial/Promotions"
  4. And then tap the button "I still need help"
  5. Now you'll need to put your name and write about your issue, and then you'll talk to an attendant in a chat.

I hope you can solve your issue as soon as possible.

If you are experiencing some issues, pay attention to support teams that you need a be in touch in case of:

  • Status of a device requested
  • Problems about redeeming code
  • If you lost your email or it never arrived

Spotify Customer Support

 

  • Orders or delivery 

Google Store Customer Support

 

  • Technical support, warranty and setup

Google Home Customer Support

This is exactly what I mean, I need someone to actually read my concerns and not just give me a copy paste message they give to everyone experiencing trouble as my situation is very unique.
