My Question or Issue

I signed up for Spotify with a hotmail.com account a long time ago. I recently registered for the Google Home Mini offer for Canadian Premium subscribers. I found out today that I need to claim the offer using the link in the email they sent to my account. However, since I hadn't used Hotmail in years, my account has been terminated. I changed my email address but I can't claim the offer. Can a staff member please assist me with this?

This offer has now ended in Canada. If you didn't receive an email with a code to redeem your Google Home Mini - you won't be able to claim yours. In the future, I'd recommend keeping an eye on Spotify.com for more deals and promotional offers.
