i subscribed for Spotify on April 16 and on the confirmation page it said: your plan includes a free Google Home Mini. It’s been 5 days and I still have not received my redemption code. Can you please assist? Many thanks.

I have the same problem. But after I clicked the link you provided, it says " It looks like you have not registered your interest for this offer yet" and ask me to register now. However, after I clicked "Register now" It only took me to the main page of spotify's website. 

Ehh, so many trouble for a free google home mini...
