My Question or Issue

Wrong address was placed through the Google Store for the Google Home Mini offer.  I am unsure how it happen. I contacted Google and they referred m to the Spotify help. Frankly I don't feel this is very helpful.  I figured it worth a short to leave this with a topic of Google Mini Offer.

Actually, we cannot provide you a solution for this issue, because any questions relating to the fulfillment of the order should be directed at Google. You can first check the details of your delivery, including order history, in their Google account at this link.

 

Sorry about it, but Spotify just is in this bundle providing the codes for redeem the item. And finally, when it comes to the bundle, it's not available anymore since 11/15/19.

Hezorg, thanks for the reply back. I indeed did contact Google and they pointed me to Spotify cause Spotify was offering the bundle and Google being the supply. All of this over a goof in an address.  The device has already been returned to the Google Store warehouse. So, I am still wondering what to do here.   Thanks.

So, I'm afraid Spotify will not be able to help you with this case. But you can try to contact Spotify to try to find a solution or get an official answer from Staff. I suggest that you contact the Customer Support team to get help with it. Just go on there and choose the best channel for you and explain your issue or doubt. Someone will help you as soon as possible.

The Customer Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours by email.
