My Question or Issue

I recently activated my Spotify premium after previously using the Free trial months prior (were talking 4-5 months minimum) and have been on the standard app - Since Subscribing back to premium to benefit the promotion and remove those anoying ads, I have yet to receive the promotion e-mail to obtain my Google Home Mini

I know theres a delay but were 5 days over my registration, im a bit confused. 

any help would be appreciated - thanks!

Hey @Clouter thanks for reaching out to the community,

This deal was also available in the US and it was a limited stock deal. Meaning that once they ran out, they would not resupply them for those who missed it. Although I do not believe that is the case. You can try going here to redeem the promotion. Let me know what happens.
