trying to set up Spotify as music provider for Google Nest Hub and Google Mini.

when I follow rhe steps and try to log in via user name/email OR Facebook to link, Cannot connect. help.

I am having a similar problem. I have verified my user name and password work via various methods (e.g. app, web, roku, etc.), but when trying to link through either Google Assistant or Google Home, I get a message that reads "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area." This message appears to come from accounts.spotify.com, so they must be logging the cause of the problem somewhere. Hopefully, they can figure it out soon.

@Sssharp70 - You mentioned in your original message that you're having troubles connecting when attempting to connect your Spotify and Google devices. Just to confirm, is this happening when using the Google Home app?

If so, it might be a good idea giving it another try to link them using the app on a different device.

@leftpeg - If you haven't tried this already, we'd also recommend following the steps to link your Spotify account by following these steps in a different device. 

If the issue persists on a different device, it'd would be really helpful if you could share a screenshot of the error message you see and the step you're having troubles on so we can take a closer look on our end.
