My Question or Issue

I signed up for the promo to recieve the free Google home mini the day after the promo started. When it was complete it said it was going to send me an email to confirm my details, and I've waited, but I never recieved a confirmation email.

I'm sorry to hear this. Since you didn't get an email about your code, it won't be possible since this offer is now over in Canada.  One of the reasons you didn't get an email was because of high demands for the Google Home Mini. 

I'd recommend keeping an eye on Spotify.com for future deals and promotions.
