Got Premium with a facebook account, can't get device password email...

I've got a premium account linked to my facebook profile. I am just trying to get a device password but everytime I push the "send me an email with link" button I get  the message "email has been sent" but nothing happens. No email showing up in inbox or spam. What the heck?!?

This doesn't sound right...

In some cases, if you have signed up for Spotify using FB credentials and a device asks you for a password, you don't actually have to set up one. Just log in on the device by enterring your numeric username and Facebook password in the username and password fields.

Every account created with Facebook has a unique numeric username.

To find your numeric password:

1. Log into your Spotify account here
2. Check under Account Overview > Profile
3. Your numeric username is shown under Username
