Want to recover account if it can't get recovered can I have all my liked songs transferred?

Do you currently have access to your account ? are you able to log in following one of the steps provided here ?

I don't have any access to my account but I do have access to the email which is on the account

If you've lost access to your account and are unable to log in, please reach out to support through this "About Us" page and have them take a closer look at your account.

 

Bear in mind that due to the current Covid-19 global situation, it might take them a bit more time to response.
