Got a new phone. Can not access old Spotify account

My Question or Issue

So I got a new phone yesterday, switched from an android to an iPhone. I had already factory reset my old phone before realizing I could not log into my Spotify account on the new phone. I guess I made a random email on google play and that’s what was used for Spotify on the android. I know the email, but cannot remember the password for the life of me. I pay premium and would really like to retrieve my account. Help!
