Got charged for an account I can't access

I got charged  $9.99 for an account I can't access, nor do I use. I input the username to log in and it won't go through. I don't know the email or password. Help please!

Hey @DamienLanza, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
