Got charged twice on both transactions for premium. Need help pls!

My Question or Issue

I used my credit card on two different accounts to get premium and both were charged twice. First time this has happened so and didn't really know where to get help so im posting here. I can give more information if needed but thats about it really. 2 different accounts subscribing for just a month but both got charged twice. Thanks for any help!
