Heya, I canceled my premium subscription, but it still shows that I have premium and I got charged today. I would like to get my money back now and cancel that subscription urselfes, you guys are ruining my bill payments....

Have you received a cancellation confirmation email on the day you've cancelled your Spotify Premium subscription?

I did received it today, but i havent received it first time.

Please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form or one of the social media channels. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.

I just saw that Spotify is charging my account every two weeks and no one is emailing me back about this. How do I get my money back and cancel my account?
