Got downgraded to free (rogers subscription)

Got downgraded to free (rogers subscription)

Hi, my premium spotify account got downgraded as i was listening to music today. Ive got spotify for free for 2 years with my Rogers cellphone plan. Its weird cause my girlfriend, who also have a premium account from my cellphone plan, have not been downgraded. Whats up with this? Do i need to contact rogers or spotify? Thanks!
