Got hacked and cant recover my Account

My Question or Issue

Hi 

My premium account (under my old email adress)got hacked.

I created this account with my Old facebook account that was created with my old email. I have no more access to any of them( old facebook and the old email).
The problem is that i cant recover my Spotify account because its linked to the old Email. However i can prove that its my Account by showing that im the one paying for it via my paypal account and by providing the informations of the payment.  And i would like to link it to my Adresse email (the one im using with Paypal).
I need help from an Admin please.
