Got premium but am classed as free

Got premium but am classed as free

I have premuim account but am being classed as free in all devices.  can someone please get back, thanks.  finding it very difficult that spotify has no customer service support system.  Am I logging in wrongly? but only have log in details for the premium account.  Dont normally log is as just go in via the app.

That sounds not good.

First of all, go to your subscription page and look if you can see your premium subscription. Your status should be premium.

And do you've tried to restart/reinstall your app/client ? If not here's a tutorial for a clean reinstallation.
