I have had Premium for a few years. Today I was adding a new cc number as my previous card was lost and therefore cancelled. After entering my card number, I clicked what I thought was the ok button, and now all of a sudden i am on a family plan. Please change this back to a single plan, and do not charge me for any additional amounts. And why is it so hard to find a way to discuss this with Spotify?? When my cancelled cc was denied, Spotify was very quick to give me a way to contact them to discuss. I have the transcripts. Getting to this page was ridiculous. Thank you for your time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions on this help page or paying a visit to your account overview page at Spotify.com.
However, you can always reach out to support using this "About Us" page and have them take a closer look for you.
