I quess all of us that are experiencing the same problem can assume by the absence of a reply that Spotify either doesn't care and/or has no desire to do make an effort on resolving this problem. The smart business move would be to immediately give us all our 30 day free premium trial offer then immediately suspend the offer until you fiqure out how to fix this problem. If not it's goodbye Spotify and hello Rhapsody and the New York Better Business Bureau.
