HELP! All my music has disappeared!

I have a premium for family account. Today my spotify account logged itself out of my phone and would not let me log back in with my old password so I had to change it- now on logging in it will only log into my partner’s account and all my music has disappeared! How do i fix this?

Hey @jamesamwood, help's here!

 

It sounds like you've probably just logged into your partner's account if you're definitely not seeing your own saved music.

 

However, if you're totally certain that you're logged into your original account and there's something not quite right, we'd recommend getting in contact with us directly via email, or by tweeting our support handle.

 

We'll be able to help you out further, take a look under the hood, and explain what might have happened.

 

We'll help you get the password reset for your account again, and check that everything's still in place.
