HELP! Cannot connect new account to Facebook

HELP! Cannot connect new account to Facebook

Hi guys. I was having an issue receiving a student discount, and was told to create an entirely new account. The new account is set up, I was charged on the new account, and Spotify will be "transferring over" all of my information.

 

Now, I run into a new problem. I cannot connect this new account to my Facebook because the old one was created using Facebook. I went into Facebook's settings, removed the Spotify app, and tried to reconnect through the new account. However, it just loops back to my old account.

 

Can someone PLEASE help me with this? I am so beyond frustrated and fed up. My case number is #02628522.

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

 

You should get a reply within 24-48 hours.
