HELP! I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I MOVED TO ANOTHER COUNTRY

I recently got a notification saying that I passed the alloted number of days allowed to use my free user account in another country

I recently moved to Canada from California, USA and didnt realized to change my country in the profile.

 

When I finally got that notification, I decided to simply change it but it was greyed out now and locked to USA....



what do I do? ... I don't want to make a new account :[

 

 

 

 

Also sorry in advance if this is in the wrong section, I just quickly asked for help somewhere

First solution for you is to become premium user.

 

Or if you can't change your country as free user, please contact customer support.
