HELP! I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, BUT SPOTIFY WONT LET ME

I want to cancel my spotify subscription, but it wont let me.

Ive used all passwords ive ever used, just says its not alright, changed the facebook password, also didnt work.

Is this a dirty trick to let me keep paying for their goods...

I too am experiencing the same problem despite repeated password changes on facebook, on which i have no problem logging in. Please just cancel my premium subscription, my email address linked to the account is masonmaster@hotmail.co.uk

Hey guys, it seems more of you are having this issue than I originally expected. Something might gone wrong somewhere.

Since I can't help everyone out (I wish I could!) please just try the following:
1. Try cancelling in a different internet browser
2. Log entirely out of Facebook before cancelling
3. If all else fails, send in a message through our Contact Form, which you'll find under About Us at the top of the page.

If you don't hear back from us after a while just let me know and I'll chase things up.
