HELP! I can add only 1 member to Spotify Family

Im from Mexico and I have the Spotify Family plan. The problem is that I cant invite more than one member and the plan says I can invite 3 more members.

I do not even have the option to add, so I tried to add one more member manually but it says the coupon is not valid.

No puedes añadir otro miembro mientras tienes un Plan Familiar activo, tienes que cancelar y luego poner a todos los miembros.
