HELP - I have been charged twice for one month for unlimited and premium

HELP - I have been charged twice for one month for unlimited and premium

i upgraded spotify from unlimited to premium in the beginnning of september. now i got charged for both this month: unlimited AND premium.  will you charge the amount i paid this month against the amount i will have to pay next month?

Hey @suesswarenabtei ! Welcome to the community 🙂

It is probably a smart move to drop the customer services team an email directly using the online contact form and ask them to look into this for you, just on the off chance you have two accounts - wouldn't want you to get billed twice again!

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
