Hello @gee_em!

Thanks for reaching out, I'll be here to help you out.

As you mentioned, the option to manually remove offline devices on your account page is no longer available. However, adding a new device when you've already reached the 5 devices limit will automatically remove any downloads from the one device that hasn't been used in the longest amount of time. Reinstalling the app will also remove any downloaded music from your device.

If this is something you'd like to be able to do on your account page, you can also consider adding your +VOTE to this idea.

I hope this helps, make sure to let me know if you have any questions!

Hello, thanks for the reply

Problem:
1. since there is no management dashboard i am not able to know which devices that i own and logged in would be the device that hasn't been used in the longest amount of time

2. i am currently logged in to my new phone for not sure but i think 2 weeks already if i am not mistaken, and still i cant download, how long would this so called system automatically removed the old device that has not been used

Hello @gee_em!

Thanks for your reply. When trying to download any content to your new phone, Spotify should instantly remove the oldest used device from your offline devices. Are you getting any error messages when you try to save downloads in your new phone?

Keep me posted 🙂
