HELP: PLAYLISTS, FOLLOWERS, EVERYTHING IS GONE

After i logged back into my account on my computer, I lost all of my music, followers, playlists, etc. However, on all of my friends' accounts they can still see my profile with all my playlists, followers, music, etc. and can still subscribe/listen to my playlists. It's unbelievable frustrating as I'm still getting emails from spotify saying that a new person has subscribed to my playlists, yet when I log into my account - NOTHING is there! But if other people can still see my profile with my original stuff, it means that my old stuff still exists somewhere. I've been collecting music // making playlists for over 2 years and I can't imagine that all my music is gone for good. Someone please help!!!!!!!

You can check if the playlists were deleted by mistake and recover them here: https://www.spotify.com/account/recover-playlists/

 

In case you cant find the lost playlists, you may want to ask for support here: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact

got the same problem. My 12 month premium subscription ran out, I renewed it, however, all playlists are gone. This is really unacceptable as I spent a lot of time creating these lists. Please, Spotify, recover the playlists for us.

 

Obviously, this is the downside to all that cloud-stream-hype - you have no control over the stuff you imagine to own because you paid a fee...

I believe this is just temporary and all of your collection will be back soon. Peace 🙂

Thanks! I already sent them a contact support form, and I got the automated reply confirming that they got my question. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to respond? 

Ive never report an issuse before so I dont know the exact time but I think it only take several days. Sometimes, one of the Mod/ Community Manager here will just appear and help you right away 😄

I have a similliar problem, or the same. I wanted to deactivate my Spotify-Facebook connection so that I didn't get any notifications and stuff and in doing so I think I deleted everything! I had Spotify premium and now that I tried to log in again it looks like the account has been all reset, I no longer have premium and all my playlists and everything are gone, is there anyway I can get it back without starting all over again? 

@jonathans, I have the same problem. Please post the solution when you get one! Would love to know what to do in this situation.
