Dear Spotify
I am unable to use it anymore, I had a previous spotify and it was linked to Facebook

I now have a new Facebook account and cannot get Spotify,I have tried several times
and several ways nothing will be accepted except my old email address and password,I have tried removing
but nothing happens just takes me to down loading page even if i sign up for a new account with and
 without facebook and with new name and password.
any advice please as I miss spotify very much, I had the free version

I have removed those personal details from your post, best not to post usernames and password (ever) on a public forum, even if you can't access the account 😉 

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to assist you in getting your accounts set up how you want them. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
