HELP! Playlist won't turn public

I made a playlist for Outside Lands, a music festival in August. It took so long and I want to share it with my friends. On both my iPhone and Mac, I'll press "Make Public" and it won't work. It won't show up under my public playlists. It's not collaborative, and this has never happened before. I tried to look online to find a solution and couldn't find anything. PLEASE HELP!

i would attempt to recreate the same setlist on another playlist, possibly that one mix is bugged. hopefully that one will show up under public, and/or if that doesnt work, uninstall and reinstall the spotify program on one or both platforms, and retry making it public.
