HELP!! URGENT!!

HELP!! URGENT!!

For some reason, my account has been set to free and not premium anymore. I don't really know what I did, other than to disconnect Spotify from Facebook for a while (the reason I did that was because I couldn't find more than about 10 friends when I tried to find Facebook friends to follow, so I tried to "restart" the Facebook integration).

 

So now I've lost my playlists, I have that stupid commercial and I'm going slowly insane because I don't know what to do! Can you PLEASE help me out?? What happened?? Why isn't my account set to Premium anymore? And is there ANY way to restore things to the way it was? When I go to my activity log on Facebook I can find at least one playlist and from there find my original account where I also can find all the playlists. So I guess what I'm trying to say ys, when I log on to Spotify, why don't I log into the right profile?

 

PLEASE help me!! Thanks!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly.

Thank you for your welcome and thank you for your reply, Peter! I tried to go to that page and do what it says, but for some reason when I click on "preferences" in Spotify it doesn't say "Social Network" anywhere. Any idea why it doesn't? I know it was there before things got messed up... 😞 Or should I just send a post to the Spotify people right away? 

 

I guess it's true what they say, even in this matter.. You really don't know what you've got until it's gone... 😞

I finally got it back to the way it was. All I had to do was to reset my password again. Thank God! 😉
