HELP WITH, CANT LOG IN CUS OF 14 ABROAD.

Help me with this, cause i cant log in. every body already knows the deal that you have to changed the country. BUT, when i log in to change it, they wont let me change it to " USA" to "GERMANY" becuase right now i live in germany. thanks help please

i quit and never opened the app for like a week. then yesterday i reopened it on my phone, it worked! lol idk how but it worked.
