HELP ex roomate terrorizing my account !

she is a bit ditsy but at this point she is just harrassign  me , she has connected her devices to my account and every time im listening to a song she just keeps spamming her device until i give up so she gets free spotify can you please reset all devices and get this B!$%# off my account? i have reset password and removed all offline devices to no avail please help me ... T.T

Having an ex-roommate logged in isn't ideal if it's disturbing your listening time. Here's what to do...

We know you've already mentioned doing this, but log in here and go to your Account Overview. Find the 'Sign Out Everywhere' button and click it. This'll get you logged out on all devices again.

Then, reset your password to something different and even more secure using this link. 

Then, log yourself back in on your own devices using the new password again.

This should solve this one for you! Let us know how you get on. If it still looks like she's able to access your account even after this, we'd recommend getting in contact with us directly via email, or by tweeting our support handle.
