HELP! is it possible to change ownership of a playlist?

Hi All,

I’m new to the Spotify community, so apologies if this has been answered before.

My Question is: is it possible to change ownership of a playlist from one account to another (keeping all the followers along the way)?

EG: If I am a Manager of a band, and I have made them a playlist, and then they bring on a NEW manager, can the playlist be transferred to new managers Spotify account to control?
