What a complete and utter frustration tyring to join family members to Premium. Took the money fine, joined two of the three, the third simply doesn't work. Goes round and rounf in circles not accepting the code. Great when it worked but the frustration has completely eroded all sense of pleasure. Equally as frustrating trying to find help.
