HELP!

Hi, i´m from argentina and in my family there is 2 accounts in the same credit card, but in the summary of the bank are three. 

I have 3 proof numbers:

393768u

646532u

934975u

i don´t know if it help, but i have two accounts and pay three. please, i need help with this.

Spotify don't deal with any billing issues here on the community due to the nature of the details involved. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
