This is SUPER Frustrating as I've been billed 2 month for Spotify Premium...but when I check my account, It says I am still just Spotify FREE.

I WANT TO CANCEL so I DON'T GET BILLED AGAIN...but It seems impossible to do. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME???
