Hacked Account !!!

Hi,
Since Saturday I can't login to my premium spotify account, I checked my mails and I received a message from Spotify saying that my email adress has been changed.
I tried with the new address but nothing, the guy who changed my email adress changed also my password.

I tried to contact the email adress for help who is in the mail but no answers.
I tried to contact the support but no answers.

I'm really freaked out because on the 20th of October, I would have to pay for my premium account.

Is there anyway to stop my Premium account or to delete my account ?
Help please !!
