My Question or Issue

Hello guys,

 

Well my problem is obvious: someone basically hacked my account and added 3 unknown people on my family subscription. I took them out, changed the password but it looks like they are still able to access my account. 

I usually play Spotify from my phone to my speaker and these guys just keep randomly stopping my music and play one of 2 particular songs. It has made it impossible to listen to my own music.

 

Then I found out the problem disappears whenever I turn off the data mobile for the Spotify App.

 

Guys, I've changed my passwords from everywhere now and the problem still occurs, any idea how to resolve it or to just simply contact the Spotify staff?
