Hacked Account

This morning I filled a form saying that my account was hacked on 26th December. This account I am talking about is not this one I am writing from.<BR />I am still waiting for the Support System to answer me, delete the information of the hacker and give me the whole power of my own account. As I said in the form I am a Premium User so I am really concerned about the information of my credit card. It was the #02260955 case.<BR /><BR />Lastly I just want to say that I can't believe this poor security of Spotify. So the email and the password of my account have been changed and I haven't received any notification in my old email just to assure that It was me who changed it? I am really dissapointed and I just can't wait to have my account back so I can delete it afterwards and never trust Spotify again

Also, I don't understand that when I change my password through Facebook, as Spotify asks me to, this password doesn't change at all and it is still the old one.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

I suggest you wait a little bit longer, and then post back if support still has not replied.

No, don't write again as it will create a duplicate case (causes a huge mess)
