Hacked Account

My account appears to have been hacked and the password changed - someone is playing music at the same time as I am trying to! I've raised a support ticket #02472097!

Are you sure that you haven't logged onto your account on another computer at some time? It might also be possible that your family members might be using it on their devices or computers. Otherwise, I can't think of any other way.
